Tehrik-e-Taliban Spokesman 'Muslim Khan' nabbed

The Pakistani Taliban mouth piece, the TTP spokesman ‘Maulvi Muslim Khan’ finally got arrested along with four senior taliban militants in Pakistan’s north-west. This brings another blow for Pakistani Taliban as part of its senior leadership has already been killed or captured. They were captured after a brief fire fight in outskirts of Mingora,Swat.
This is a great success for pakistan Army as it bore criticism for not being able to arrest top TTP leadership. Pakistan Army started a military opperation against TTP in late April killing almost 2000 militants and losing 300 soldiers but clearing 95% of the area of Swat.
Muslim Khan with long grey hairs and grey beard was the public face of taliban .He often used to give interviews to media reporters on behalf of TTP (Swat) and Mullah Fazlullah, the head of TTP swat chapter. Muslim Khan had a bounty worth 10 million rupees ($121,000) on his head.
Another TTP’s most senior militant Mahmood Khan was also nabbed along him.
With Muslim Khan’s arrest all the eyes of Pakistan Army and Pakistani Secret Agencies are now focused on Mullah Fazlullah, the head of TTP Swat. Hopefully Pakistan Army will have another big news soon.
